Pyramid of Kukulkan, the Temple of Warriors, and the world's largest golf ball Pok Ta Pok, the Temple of the Jaguars, the Observatory and other buildings of the city will appear before you and will amaze with its greatness. Our tour begins with hotel pickup early in Playa del Carmen or Riviera Maya. You will board a vehicle to be driven to Cancun airport.
Departure to Chichen Itza will be at 09:00 and will be
arriving to Chichen Itza at around 09:50am.
Once there, you will explore this magic archaeological site with your guide and stay there for about 2 hours.
Chichén Itza was a center of commercial and religious power and is considered one of the most important vestiges of pre-Hispanic culture. See its main landmarks, including El Castillo.
After a great time here, your driver will be waiting to take you to the 'Sacred Blue Cenote' of Ik Kil ("place of the winds), a beautiful cenote with crystal clear water, surrounded by exotic plants and magical singing of wild birds. Specially associated with the Yucatán Peninsula of Mexico, cenotes were sometimes used by the ancient Maya for sacrificial offerings.
Once refreshed a delicious bufet lunch will be wating for you.
Then, on the way back the view overflying Chichen Itza will stay in your memory forever.
Arrival to Cancun Airport will be at arround 15:30 to be driven to your hotel.
