The deposit will be returned 10 days after the check out and will be release to the bank account number previously agreed. If there is some damage or loss of any belongings of the villa owner reserves the right to deduct the amount of the deposit to cover this mess or replacement. In the case of property damage the process of returning balance of the deposit can take up to 2-3 months and be carried out only by cash transfer. The owner shall submit accounts for damages and photographs to prove it.
Customers can not hire external staff for maintenance of the villa. Otherwise, the owner of the villa may require the eviacuation of customers. The company, in this case doesn´t take responsibility of this loss.
Each villa has its own rules and conditions for the delivery of food. In some cases they ask for a deposit for the purchase of such supplies. In this case, the deposit will be included in the final price.
The entrance to the Villa is at 15.00 hrs.
The departure at 11:00 hrs
High season: Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Year and Easter. The minimum reservation is 7 days from Saturday to Saturday
Low season: Minimum booking of 5 days from Saturday or Sunday.
