MONDAY Day 2 Mérida - Uxmal - Campeche
Breakfast. Departure to Uxmal, enigmatic archaeological site of the Mayas. In the afternoon, we will depart to Campeche. Lodging."
TUESDAY Day 3 "Campeche - Palenque
Breakfast. We will dedicate our day to visit Palenque one of the most fascinating
archaeological sites of the Mayan World. Lodging. "
WEDNESDAY Day 4 Palenque - Yaxchilán - Petén area
Breakfast. We will cross the border Corozal to arrive to Guatemalan territory.
We will sail through the Usumacinta River until arriving to Yaxchilán. Visit. We will
continue by the River until reaching Bethel in Guatemalan side and then by road to our hotel in Petén area. Lodging."
THURSDAY Day 5 "Petén - Tikal - Antigua
Breakfast. Visit of the Tikal Maya City, the jewel of the classic period. The visit includes the Q Complex, Temple IV, Lost World and Main Square. Lunch at the site. We will continue to the airport to board a short flight to Guatemala City. Meeting at the airport and transfer to Antigua Guatemala, city declared by UNESCO Cultural Heritage of the World. Lodging."
FRIDAY Day 6 "La Antigua
Breakfast. We will visit the old colonial capital of Guatemala, including the Cathedral, the Captains’ Palace, La Merced Church and some other buildings and charming colonial places. Lodging."
SATURDAY Day 7 "La Antigua
Breakfast. Day is on your own to enjoy and rest at your hotel or make optional activities: Visit Pacaya Volcano or a coffee plantation. Lodging."
SUNDAY Day 8 "La Antigua - Guatemala City Airport
Breakfast. Transportation to the airport. End of services."
